Die <strong>1865<\/strong> auf den \u00dcberresten einer alten M\u00fchle errichtete St\u00e4rkefabrik begr\u00fcndete den\u00a0<strong>i<\/strong><strong>ndustriellen chemischen Zyklus der St\u00e4rkegewinnung<\/strong>, zun\u00e4chst aus <strong>Weizen<\/strong> und sp\u00e4ter auch aus <strong>Reis.<\/strong> Die Idee stammte von <strong>Luigi Chiozza<\/strong>, einem Chemiker, der erkannte, dass es m\u00f6glich war, landwirtschaftliche und industrielle T\u00e4tigkeiten in einem einzigen Betrieb zu vereinen. Obwohl die Besitzer im Laufe der Zeit wechselten, blieb die Arbeitsweise mehr als ein Jahrhundert lang unver\u00e4ndert, bis <strong>die Fabrik 1986 geschlossen wurde<\/strong>. Heute ist sie im Besitz der Gemeinde Ruda und beherbergt <strong>zahlreiche Maschinen aus dem sp\u00e4ten 19. Jahrhundert<\/strong>, die aus industrieller Sicht von au\u00dferordentlicher Bedeutung sind.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
