Med temi je restavracija Lokanda Devetak v <strong>Sovodnjah<\/strong>, ki je ravnokar praznovala 150. obletnico \u2013 ustanovljena je bila leta <strong>1870<\/strong> \u2013 in jo \u0161e vedno vodi ista dru\u017eina, skozi \u0161est generacij. Gostilna, ki ima tudi nekaj sob, <strong>ponuja jedilni lis<\/strong>t v <strong>\u0161tirih jezikih<\/strong> in ima bogato klet s preko <strong>14.000 steklenicami<\/strong> z razli\u010dnih koncev sveta. Leta 2023 je Lokanda Devetak prejela tudi presti\u017eno nagrado, Michelinovo zeleno zvezdo za trajnost zaradi kuhinje, ki po kme\u010dki tradiciji proizvaja minimalno koli\u010dino odpadkov in uporablja surovine lokalnih pridelovalcev. K nizkemu vplivu na okolje prispevajo tudi sodobne naprave, kot so kotel na biomaso in son\u010dni kolektorji za ogrevanje in sanitarno
